Ross started working in the roofing industry in 1978. He worked part time while in school for his father's company, K & B Roofing Co. in Springfield, MA. In 1988, Ross's father passed away and he and his brother took over the company their father had operated for 22 years. In 2006, Ross formed RMD Services Inc. RMD Services specializes in all types
