The company was established in 1991 as a sole proprietorship under the name of Phillips Lawn Service.
At the time the company serviced mainly residential properties.
In 1994 we obtained a California State Contractors License and incorporated under the name Moreno Valley Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping Inc.
As time progressed and our reputation as a premier landscape contractor grew, we were able to expand our employee base, take on larger maintenance contracts, and form a landscape construction division.
At the time the company serviced mainly residential properties.
