Marcus started out working for his father, Joe Hoone who founded Grass Roots in 1983.
Joe instilled the work ethic and dedication to the principal of taking care of each customer as he would want to be taken care of.
Marcus went on to study at Purdue University with the goal of eventually taking over the reigns of the family business.
That succession happened in 2008 and Grass Roots has maintained its supurb level of customer service ever since!
In his spare time, Marcus enjoys family camping trips, traveling with his wife, any and all activities with his kids, as well as hunting and fishing.
