Starting his own business was a chance for him to grow his skills as a landscaper and offer the customers he worked with more than he could before.
Shortly after starting the business Jim's brother, John, joined him and the two have worked together ever since.
Today, Jim and John are still the foundation of the business, with Jim's wife Beckee managing the administrative side and a crew of skilled laborers.
