Neal's 33 years experience in the horticulture field began in 1978 working landscaping field to save money for college.
In 1980 Neal worked for Huntsville Gardens in Huntsville, TX established since 1948.
The work progressed from funding college to a life in the nursery industry.
In 1984 Neal came back to Corpus Christi and worked for Turners Landscaping for one year.
During this time at Turners he came to realize his focus would be in the green industry and purchased the nursery and landscape company he worked at during college in Huntsville, TX.
