In 1998 The Gardens Rehab & Care Center was constructed with the capacity to take care of 72 patients.
Realizing that the community still had a need for skilled nursing and rehabilitative services, an additional 56 beds and another outdoor courtyard were added in 2000.
Since then, The Gardens Rehab & Care Center has become known as a place where long-term care residents live comfortably and short-term care residents receive rehabilitation to get better before returning home.
The Gardens Rehab & Care Center is proud to help support the Kingman community and its seniors.

The trained members of our therapy teamwork with each resident's physician to develop an individualized, comprehensive care plan designed to reach specific treatment goals, and we've also developed a Nursing Restorative program for our long-term care residents, to help them maintain the highest possible level of mobility.

Family and friends are always encouraged to visit and dine with their loved ones at mealtimes.
Our facility offers meal tickets at the reception desk for all visitors who would like join their loved one for a bite to eat during breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Our activities department provides a variety of activities which allow our residents to come together with others, make new friends, celebrate the seasons and most importantly enjoy life in a community!

Julio Casas recently joined our Management Team as Administrator for The Gardens Rehab and Care Center.
He has held licenses in New Mexico, Montana, California and Arizona and brings many years of leadership experience as well as continuing to strive in providing the highest quality of care to our residents.
Julio's favorite hobbies are cooking for others, lifting weights at the gym and watching good movies.
Megan Hulsey is the Admission's Coordinator for The Gardens Rehab and Care Center.
Megan began her journey in 2010 where she worked in the dietary department as a server.
