The Tree Wise Men crew safely and efficiently took down 2 large 60' trees that were within 25' of our house and only 10' from a Rock Energy high voltage transformer. It was obvious that every member of the crew was aware of where every other member was at all times, and their communication seemed flawless despite the noise from the chain saws and wood chipper. Thanks to the hard working gentleman that were working in our yard today. They took down three 60 foot trees on a hill in our backyard, took the downed wood and cleaned up the space. in 4 hours! They were careful around our house, lawn and driveway. Frozen ground helps. They also were watching out for themselvessafety gear and a eagle eye on the guy in the tree. I needed a hickory tree removed on the side of my house since it was growing over the roof due to the trees nearby. Two other hickory trees needed pruning. We had Tree Wise Men come to our home today to remove very large tree branches that hung over our roof. They had given us an estimate during the summer, but we decided to wait for frozen ground before they came. They telephoned to let us know when they were coming. When they arrived, we met the crew. They were all pleasant and professional. They got right to work.
Every step protected the roof and a swing that we had on our lawn. They performed the work safely, and they cleaned up when they were done. They billed us and honored their earlier bid. We were quite happy and will use them again should the need arise.

I had a very large Maple tree in my back yard that split and the remaining half threatened to fall on my house. My back yard is very congested with structures so they couldn't get a crane or bucket back there. They climbed up the tree and cut it that way. They laid all of the limbs and the trunk precisely where they wanted to without a single thing being damaged. Professional and a nice bunch of guys. They were in and out in 4 hours. Great job,

When the rain finally decided to ease for a few days to let Tree Wise Men come to the house, it was worth the wait. Our trees were a real mess from all the storms. One limb had split during a storm but was still attached to the tree. During the next storm, it fell into the other tree breaking many other limbs and causing a worse mess. These gentlemen came in promptly at 8am, asked the questions they needed answers to and got to work.

We had been piling up limbs and sticks for weeks and they even took those away. Excellent job done and the price was very reasonable. Tree Wise Men did a great job cutting down an old Maple tree in our backyard because they contacted the power company to shut off power, they were on time, they used lightweight equipment to get in the backyard, and they finished when they said they would. Did a good job with a _huge_ old hackberry (~4 ft trunk diameter) that had started to drop big branches on our house and the neighbors. Turned out it was hollowed out more than we knew, and this complicated the job. They got it done in one day, at a very reasonable price, and worked with a guy I found who had a sawmill and wanted the trunk. Very satisfied.

This a reputable company that I will recommend to others. TORNADO DAMAGE I was provided with an estimate shortly after I contacted the business. Since my service was not an emergency, I did have to wait a few weeks. The very pleasant office staff kept me informed of when I could expect service. The tree crew arrived when scheduled and trimmed the large branches from my tree and then cleaned up after.

These guys are amazing. Came out within an hour of my phone call for a large tree limb that fell onto our deck and gazebo. Had the trucks out within a few hours. Everyone on the crew was professional and were very respectful of our property. Cut the remainder of the tree limb off (with a huge crane much to the delight of my kids) and removed all debris.

Montana Tree was by far the highest $6500. The other ones were Considerably lower. Tree Wise Man Jason was the lowest $2268. That's a HUGE difference. And I didnt have to remove my fence. We had a fairly difficult ask of the Tree Wise Men: to cut down (3) trees on a hillside, then pull the cut pieces away from our deck and house, around/over an oak tree and lay it on our driveway without damaging our split rail fence, all of which they did perfectly. It was fun to watch their guy (sorry, didn't get his name) operate their huge tree cutting machine with his remote control.
He did a great job! The crew operated in safe fashion (such as feeding the shredder with their skid-steer loader instead of by hand) and cleaned up the area nicely afterwards.

Writing on behalf of my parents who recently had Tree Wise Men come clean up down branches from the recent February storm. They got lucky being RIGHT on the edge of neighbors who had no damage and neighbors who have roof damage and sheds completely down. They mostly had significant tree damage. My parents chose to contact Tree Wise Men LLC for help as they had hired them previously (finding them through a friend recommendation) and were happy with the work of those previous interactions.
They are happy yet again. Though after seeing the work done today especially, impressed would be an understatement. The price was fair, the crew was professional, and the yard is completely clean up. (See pictures). Thank you!

Great work was completed yesterday by the "Three Wise Men." We had a huge Silver Maple tree, that needed to come down. Jason and his crew did a great job. It required a team of 4-5 men to be "on-Site" for about 6-7 hours. The "Three Wise Men" has and uses the latest equipment, that helps the workers remain as safe as possible while they're in operation. It was fun watching the crew dismantle our huge tree. We have had Tree Wise Men come and do work for us several times. On Feb. 27th they came and did the most challenging yet. We had a dead oak tree behind our house towering over our roof, and a half dead hickory tree leaning over our roof. After accessing the situation to make sure this could be done in the safest way, they were able to get the work done using their tree climber and crane to safely lift the tree parts over our roof and down to the ground.
They also took down 3 other trees and did a meticulous job trimming our live trees around the house. My husband and I were very please with the work. They did an awesome job with cleanup and were so professional in their approach to all the work we had them do. The price was awesome too. We couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Outstanding communication, Jason was great to work with. The crew did an amazing job from start to finish, even offering to cut the wood to size to fit our wood burner. They did a soft take down of our oak tree since it was over our septic and handled it very safely. When they were done, the yard looked as if no one had been there. Thank you for a great job!

Hands down best company for tree removal. Called them on a monday for service, on tuesday they came out to give me a qoute, and on thursday they came out to remove the trees. Very fast service! In under an hour they removed 2 pine trees from our backyard. With everything from fences, pool, and our deck that was surrounded by the trees. They were able to pluck these 2 trees and safely remove them.
Also the clean up afterwards was like they we're never even here. AMAZING work by everyone involved. Worth every penny spent. Very professional, accurate, safe, clean, etc. Thank you soo much Tree Wise Man!

We have 2 beautiful / full hardwood maple trees in the front of our business. A couple days earlier than a predicted storm was to hit, I noticed a large branch on the lower end of the trunk with a huge split going down it, with at least a 2-3 inch separation at the top of split. I called Tree Wise Men LLC for a quick quote, not believing it could even be saved.
I called other tree Companies for quotes too but, Tree Wise Men LLC was the only one to offer a quote that would save the tree. The others only quoted to completely remove. The crew showed up the very next day due to the oncoming storm due in by nightfall that day. The crew chief was very informative as to how they were going to tackle this job. When it was all done just a couple short hours later, I could hardly believe my eyes.
What was once a solid mass of leaves and branches was transformed into a light and airy symmetrical tree. The huge wounded branch was strategically strapped w/heavy duty cabling with a mere inch of separation now at the top of the split. I was surprised about them having to cut down entire tree. Another tree guy was going to do it but he couldn't cuz he fell off a tree and had to have back surgery. He said something about taking parts off the tree at a time so it can heal. So when my hubby agreed for the whole tree I was surprised. But they did a great job getting it down quickly and cleaning it all up.

Had a large tree removed under difficult circumstances - the trunk was literally inches away from the outside wall of my house. We have used Tree Wise men for tree removal on two occasions. Jason was very prompt in providing us with a quote and they were surprisingly quick to start the job. We also had a quote from another business and Tree Wise Men was more competitive. On the first occasion, they had to remove a tree that was entangled with another tree that we did not want to remove.
With some skill, they were able to remove the dead tree without damaging the live one, so that was great. On the second occasion, they did a nice job removing the tree and cleaning up the debris. They also make it very convenient for you to pay the invoice online. Well designed website. So overall, a great experience, especially for a local Janesville business.

We called for help and Tree Wise Men were on site within half an hour to give an estimate, then a crew of at least 5 employees arrived no more than an hour after that. They were incredible to watch, they removed the smaller branches one by one and lifted the larger ones carefully off our roof with a crane.
They did a full cleanup job, including leaf blowing. They helped us with a huge mess and headache and made it so much easier on us. Pricing was very fair and I think we got a great deal, especially for how fast they responded. Jason was a pleasure to work with and very informative with his estimate and advice on working with our homeowners' insurance. They really know their stuff and I would absolutely hire them again for any future projects.

We are moving from out of state and needed some large Oaks removed from the lot. I called around and my builder suggested Tree Wise Men. Wasted my time calling other tree services. From the first call to the last tree dropping this company is very personable, easy to work with and reasonably priced. Top notch equipment and these guys gave a full days work. After the house is built I will need a tree trimmed next fall. I just need to make one phone call for that!

We live on a busy corner in Janesville and in the walking area of kids leaving an elementary school. The Tree Wise Men crew who took care of our big tree on the corner of our yard did a FANTASTIC job keeping the area safe, directing traffic safely around the work area, and brought down the tree in time to clean up before school let out. I have used them three times over the last year to remove five trees. One was a very large elm that died and was in a really tight spot between our garage and the neighbors house. They dropped it with no damage to either structure. They have done a great job every time, as well as being there within a week of getting the go ahead from me.

I like that you can talk to one of their arborists if you have questions, they are extremely knowledgeable. Excellent Service! When you call someone actually answers or calls you back, unlike many others we have tried. The value of great customer service is not lost on this company. Have used them a few times now and just had multiple trees removed. Many were right next to the house, under aerial lines, and leaning over our neighbors fence. All done safely with no damage.
The clean up job was outstanding, they raked the area, then came back and cleaned again with a leaf blower. They will be our first call for any future needs and who we recommend to friends and family.

Tree Wise Men's crew were professional and delivered above and beyond our expectations for the tree removal. We had an old maple that was growing over the roof of our house and needed to be removed before it began doing damage to the shingles. Jason and his crew were able to squeeze us in and had the entire tree down and lawn cleaned up without damaging anything in a 1/2 days work.
